Product Description

WCBM type domestic sewage treatment plant uses a combination of biological contact oxidation, membrane microfiltration, and ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization to treat domestic sewage from ships (also applicable to organs, schools, hotels, residential buildings, factories, mines, and enterprises). This product shall not be used on ships referred to in Article 1.2.3 of Resolution MEPC. 227 (64).

Using aerobic bacteria in sewage to adsorb organic matter in sewage and oxygen in air, one part generates carbon dioxide and water, and the other part becomes activated sludge to continue biodegradation of pollutants in sewage. Due to the high performance filler installed in the treatment tank, and the use of MBR membrane separation technology for disinfection and sterilization using ultraviolet light, the device has stable effluent quality, strong load impact resistance, and compact structure, No secondary pollution and other characteristics. The equipment adopts PLC control, featuring high automation, high reliability, and easy operation, meeting the requirements of unattended engine room. The discharged water treated by this device meets the discharge standards of the International Convention on the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MAPOL73/78) revised by the International Maritime Organization (IMO), and meets the requirements of resolution MEPC. 227 (64) (except for Article 4.2)
